A MILESTONE MONTH
We’re pleased to share the latest from Litibú Bay Club. Construction continues to advance steadily across the property, and this month brings one of the most significant milestones of the build so far. Phase 1 is 80% sold and a handful of residences will be available for move-in the first quarter of 2027.
At the end of this month, we are scheduled to reach the topping off of our Ocean Villas Building - the moment the full vertical structure is complete. It’s a defining point in the construction cycle and sets the stage for interior and finishing work to begin.
Progress at the Beach Club is equally encouraging. The primary architectural stone wall - a defining feature of the design - is now complete, and interior finishes are underway.
